Dr. Andrew Shyong is a 40 + year Demarest resident and is a dedicated to the future of education in his hometown!

Dr. Shyong's Education History:

• Northern Valley Demarest Graduate (1996)

  • Graduated top 5% of his class​

  • Member of the Cross Country Team 

  • Member of the jazz, marching and concert bands

  • National level diver and swimmer

  • Member of Princeton University Varsity Swim & Dive Team

  • Academic All-American Honorable Mention

  • All Ivy Honors

  • Recipient of the War Memorial Trophy for academic and athletic excellence

• Columbia University College of Dental Medicine (2004)

  • Admitted while still a junior at Princeton due to his accelerated course load while still excelling academically - one of only a handful of students to ever achieve this honor.

  • Volunteered as a coach for the Columbia University Varsity Swim and Dive Team helping coach various All Ivy and All American athletes.
